Can You Still Burn Fat Even Though You Are Consuming Creatine To Help Build Muscle?
I know building muscle and burning fat simultaneously is an extrememly difficult process… so I’m trying something out where I’m trying to build a lot of muscle mass, but burn fat little by little along the way. i am taking creatine and protein…and i work out lifting weights(high intensity) 6 days a week. what i want to know is will the creatine put a hault to any fat burning? also, the only real fat that i have on my body is just a little bit of stubborn belly chub..every where else on my body im pretty rock solid, so if anybody has any better solutions please tell me. like i said, i want to build muscle mass, but lose belly fat just little by little along the way

Wrong.
Cut out all sugar and saturated fat from your diet (or as much as possible). Try doing high intensity cardio in the morning to keep your resting metabolism as high as possible, which is a great way to burn fat without consuming muscle in the process.

I’ve been using creatine and protein drinks for years. I’ve tried some different brands and this is what I have learned. DO NOT take any creatine or protein if you want to lose weight. It’s defeating the purpose. It’s putting on extra calories. Creatine is going to keep you looking bloated or puffy when you’re trying to lose weight for muscle definition. Creatine and protein are meant for skinny little guys that need to gain weight. It’s really not meant for most people but it’s marketed to everyone so the companies can make money.
Totally cut out the creatine and protein. You can eat almost all of the fruits and vegetables that you want. Drink alot of flavored water or diet sodas. Eat low calorie snacks like yogurt. Eat you biggest middles during the middle of the day when you’re actively moving. Don’t eat anything late at night. I stopped eating all together from 10pm to 8am; and, my belly flattened in about a month.
There’s this stuff called the 48 hour miracle diet. It’s really tough but I stayed on it and I lost about 8 pounds in a weekend. Most of what you lose will be water weight and waste material.
Altogether, I lost about 25lbs in a month. I’m a 5’8 guy. I went from 187lbs to about 160lbs. Actually, I was attracting less people because they were thinking that I might be sick. I didn’t like the way it looked. It made me look like a pipsqueek and I lost alot of strenght so I ended up purposely putting half of it back on.

It is true that it is more optimal to either go for fat loss or mass building, BUT it is the balance between nutrition and training that can easily cause minor fat loss while gaining muscle. The weight on the scale will not be changing much because you are losing fat while muscle is building.
Creatine, is none for causing minor bloatin will not halt fat loss. Creatine simply increases the duration you can use ATP/CP as fuel for muscle building. You’re fine.

first 6 days a week is TOO MUCH 4-5 days is max you should be in the gym if your working with proper intensity,creatine can cause bloat and a reaction with some people’s physiology,belly fat takes time give it that TIME.
