im trying to get back into a size 3. the thing is that i only wanna lose weight from my abdominal area sice i have skinny legs and such!lol.

well the rule is; you first lose the fat you gained recently which makes it hard for people to burn “old fat”. so if you gained that belly fat recently, any work out you follow will rid you of it. doing set ups at this point will not help as you will not see results before burning the fat. do cardio, avoid soda (even the diet ones) cut back on sugar and you should be fine.

you still gotta do lots of cardio and incorporate it with exercises like pilates and resistance training. cut down your sugar and fat intake too.eat more fibre and whole grains,eventually your legs will get more muscular but that will burn off the bely fat faster!good luck

I used to have the fattest stomach. Here’s a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before…
