hey try pilates for abs. Giam has dvds. zumba is a good exersize class too. I would stick to yoga/palaties. and eat healthy

Belly fat is really hard to burn. But U can do it. If u want a home made training just do the following: lie down on some tough place. Put some books on (not too heavy) and move ur belly up and down. It will help. It helped me a lot
