Best Exercises To Do At The Gym To Burn Chest/belly Fat?
I workout at the gym normally 3 days a week, and ive noticed that i am gaining more muscle mass/tone but still not burning the fat on my torso i already have. What are the best exercises and ways to maximize my time at the gym (24hr fitness). I usually workout for an hour each visit but i could do up to two hours each visit maybe one more day if i need to.
I usually start with around 20-25mins of elliptical then i move on to reps on chest & ab weight machines and sit-ups and then legs/calf.
I am in construction and i know i could eat better but i dont usually eat breakfast just lunch and dinner. Im not usually hungry in the morning. I don’t eat like a glutton but even if i did my weight/proportion never changes.

weight training will not make you lose fat.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise – do it for 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat.
dont forget that diet is a key to fat loss – diet is 75% of the whole thing.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours – it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner – repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
