Belly Fat?
Ok, so i need to burn belly fat and nothing else. I’m 5 11ish and weigh about 130 pounds, thats why i can’t afford to loose anymore weight. The flab is there, but not a whole lot, i’m just concerned that if i don’t do something about it now it would be so much more difficult later. So any exercise tips? What are your thoughts on “Bender Ball” and “Windsor Abs”. I don’t want to waste my time on something that doesn’t work!!
Thanks! ^_^

You cannot spot reduce. But, if you eat fewer carbs and more proteins and fats, you’ll gain lean muscle mass.
That is, your weight won’t go down, but your body fat percentage will decrease. Plus, you’ll be much healthier. You should try slowly doing this by eliminating carbs that are just excess sugar, like sodas. Then, you can try to eliminate breads and reduce fruits.

You can’t spot reduce fat. You have to reduce overall body fat and often the fat around the middle is the last to release.
I also tell my clients to eat smaller meals more times (5-6) per day. When a body is starved it will store fat. When it believes that times are good (when it’s being feed good nutrition often) it will release fat.
I have written a page focusing on a 3 pronged approach dealing with Detoxing, Nutrition and Exercise (especially body weight exercises, which you can do in your home).

hm just like sit ups and leg raises on your back for your lower abdomonem – but get a personal trainer or something to show you how to do sit ups properly and breathe properly
