Belly Fat Help?
I am a 27 yr old man non-smoker,weekend drinker,not beer. I do work out at least twice a week, nothing to brag about. I am 5’11″ 207lbs 38″ waist. I have a broad chest and shoulders,descent arms but i cant get rid of the belly fat. I am not a extreme dieter but I am a conscience eater. I am thinking about using relacore. I dont want to loose weight all over my body just the tummy. I do the variations of ab work outs but no luck. I need to burn the fat on top of the muscle. I am really considering relacore or another type of fat burner. All input is appreciated

Look dude, if it were that easy there would be some rich S.O.B selling the trick to all of us.

1. You can not spot reduce
2. If you want to lose belly fat, eat / drink less and count calories don’t worry so much about fat content etc. Count calories!! Trust me!!
3. If you are waiting for an easy way to a flat tummy you’re screwed!!!
Look Fatty,if it were easy we would all be fit and trim!!! So my advice is keep doing what you are doing if you like how you look.
If not, get serious tubby!!! If relacore was the answer you would have heard about it a long time ago. There is no replacement for hard work!!!

yea i think you could do sit ups but you do not need to
if your concerned then just eat celery thats the best food there is it doesnt taste bad, you burn more calories chewing it than you get from it,and you no you dont eat it only just eat it also it helps to eat salad as a meal once a day

You CANNOT spot reduce fat in certain areas of the body, no matter what you hear on t.v.
You are genetically pre-programmed as to how and where you gain and lose body fat.
Doing sit-ups does not burn the fat on the stomach.
It helps build the underlying muscle and burns fat over the entire body according to your genetics.
Not sure if Relacore works, but you need to reduce your body fat percentage as a whole.
