well, agree its all About cardio, I would to HITT interval training, RUN super fast for couple min, then recover and run again fast. I run on 7 for 2 min then walk for 1 min, run for 2 min on 7 again. Do that for 20 min. Then i walk on incline, and then just run on a 6mph for 10 min. AND also weights, so important, that will help ALOT. people just dont realize how much of a difference it makes once you start lifting weights, i am telling you just do weights 3 or 4 times a week, and do cardio. In 3 weeks trust me you will see a difference!!!! and ofcourse diet is extremely important in reducing belly fat, if you eat not good no matter how much you work out you are not goin to see good results, you might see them but will take way longer. I would say diet is number one, then working out. Eat good food, healthy. balance is the key, and calories
