I have a lean face so idk if there is any fat to be burned from there…i am just trying to burn the little bit of a belly that i have so that my bottom two abdominal muscles will be more visible.

You generally cannot target fat loss. Work on getting toned and exercise the muscles you want to show more. Exercises will target particular muscle groups while burning fat takes an overall effect throughout the entire body.
you could do more belly exercises like dips and also you could lay on your back and lift your legs up to a right angle.. doesn’t feel like its working but i worked for me.
