I find the exercises best for my stomach are the ones lying on your back and keeping your legs in the air, doing different movements…
Cycling movements etc, but i do about half an hour of this, it tones all parts of your legs but you use all the stomach muscles to keep the legs in the air…

eating healthy,exercise particularly strength training would do wonders.

Here are some points to keep in mind to lose belly fat:
· Consume less sugar, processed foods and sodium.
· Eat fiber rich foods like green leafy vegetables.
· The diet should contain protein, carbohydrates and little fat.
· Drink plenty of water and fruit juices.
· Eat in small quantities for five to six times a day.
· Do at least 30-60 minutes cardiovascular exercises at least 4 times a week.

hmm well did u tried balancing both…..like cardio and weight lifting? they are both good ways to gain muscle and lose fat….and also if u have a LITTLE belly then dont worry about it…you still take care of yourself plus u should like yourself for who you are! n so should others!!

ummm exicise the only way to burn muscle is to starve yourself lol or you can cut back on some food like eat 3 meals a day no snacks or somthing
