What Are The Best Excercises For Losing Belly Fat?

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knows what the best excercises for losing bellyfat are? The other parts of my body are normal but I just can’t seem to get rid of some fat on my stomach that has been upsetting me for years. I know that stomach cruches and situps and that only help build muscle and dont help burn fat, you just build muscle underneath the fat but you wont see a difference until its gone. any excercises that have worked for you? any types of food maybe as well? thanks!

Loosing Fat For Someone Who Isn’t Exactly “fat”?

Okay, so im 13, and i’m about 5″3 and a half, and about 117 pounds. I play soccer, and cheer for my school, so i do a lot of excersise, but i want to know what else i can do to burn belly fat. Im also always hungry, because of all the stuff im doing. I know im NOT fat, but i just want to get leaner. What’s a good “diet” to use, and what excersises actually WORK? thanks.

Burning Calories & Fat: Running Or Swimming?

Basically I’m 14, 5′1 (yes i’m short) and I weigh 102-104, so i think thats average because i checked on a BMI calculator, and i look pretty average. However i don’t have a flat stomach and i’m really annoyed.. i dont know why. I know loads of girls who are “fatter” than me but still either stomachs are flat.. whereas mine sticks out?
So i was wondering what would be better do burn stomach fat, running or swimming. i KNOW you cant target areas but i was just wondering which is more effective when it comes to burning carbs, running or swimming? I want to lose weight all around too, its just especially my stomach.
