Help With Burning Belly Fat And Toning….?

Hi!! First off- I will state my measurements- 36-26-36 (hourglass), 5 2′, 125 lbs, 18 yr. I desire to lose some of my belly flab and just to tone it. I dont have very much pudge, basically just enough to grab a little, and the thing is- I dont have a car so i cannot get to a gym, but i need some excersises that I can do at home to melt away my belly fat. I also want to tone my thighs.
But see, heres the thing, I am content with having this figure, since only 8% of women have from what i have heard the perfect measurements for an hourglas figure- so though im not a stick- Im at least glad that I fit in somewhere : )
But anyways, I want to KEEP my hourglass figure, meaning, i like my hips just the way they are- and I like my measurements- but I just need to tone up my belly and thighs without losing my figure- do you know what i mean?? Is this possible to do this?? I usually walk about 2 miles a day up the mountain, and sometimes with a 70 pound pitbull dog as well- HAHA….continue.

Is This Diet Ok To Burn Off Last Bit Of Belly Fat?

I’m trying to get rid of my last bit of belly fat and have seen some results. I started a diet but its so simple I don’t know if I could do better or what. I stay below my maintenance level for calories though, and I no fast/junk food at all. I basically eat a source high in protein with a fruit/vegetables, sometimes a yogurt, and either a glass of milk or water, 5 times every day. For example, for breakfast today I ate 3 eggs, a banana and a glass of milk. I pretty much repeat this all day except with different foods but the same “combo”, stick to a food high in protein with a fruit/veggie side which is usually high in carbs. Tuna, chicken breast, peaches, apples, etc. are some examples I use through the day. Am I taking in too many carbs through fruit and vegetables? Any suggestions, foods, or ideas on things I should change or add to my fridge? =P

How Can I Get Rid Of Stubborn Belly Fat That I Have Had All My Life?

I am a 37 y.o. male and 5′ 11″ (180cm). I have been slightly (and from time to time fairly) overweight all my life and was never felt very good about my body. Last year I decided enough is enough and set some fitness goals. I have been swimming and doing workouts at home. I changed my eating habbits. I got my weight down (very slowly) to 172 lb (78kg) and I am very close to my goal of leveling at 166 lb (75kg). I am happy with my progress but there is one thing that bothers me. There is a thick layer of saggy fat over my lower abs that just does not want to go away no matter what my weight is. I have been told to do ab work outs. But then someone else told me that you can not lose fat from any specific area by working that area and that your body decides which fat reserve to burn as you create the calory deficit. So I could be doing sit ups all my life and still keep the belly fat? I am confused and need help. Thanks in advance.
