		<description>Well you can burn up to 400 calories by hula hooping for 30 minutes. hula hooping is probobly the quickest, easiest and funest way to get a slim stomach. i recomend a weighted hoop and 40&quot; is a good size. its easier and it burns more calories than a regular hoop. hula hooping is better than running, walking, jogging etc. as it works your whole body. you can use the hula hoop to get slim arms, legs and hips as well as your stomach. Ive been hula hooping for 2 weeks, 30 minutes everyday and have gone from a 30&quot; waist to a 28&quot; so quickly! it really is the best way to work out.

		<description>I would highly recommend playing DDR as long as you can and then walking around to cool off, adding some push-ups, jumping jacks, squats, or crunches wouldn&#039;t hurt either. Another exercise that could help would be to jump rope. It actually helps quite a bit. I took up DDR, jumping rope, and eating lots of fruits and veggies, and i ended up losing 20lbs. So, I would also recommend that you take as much processed food out of your diet as posible. You will see results if you keep doing this.</description>

It is completely false to think that you do not burn calories until you jog for 20 minutes. The simple act of blinking your eyes burn calories. True. Your body will begin to utilize the calories more effectively as your stamina begins to improve, but do not be turned off to trying. Every minute whether it is 1 or 60 that you jog, you are burning calories.

As you burn the calories, your body will begin to pull those units from the fat stored within. That includes your belly. There are certain exercise that can assist in burning fat from a chosen area, but jogging and or walking fast can be an effective calorie grabber from all sorts of fat storage bins from within. It will help the belly. It may not instantly but give it time. Eat right, exercise &amp; Just as God made us to build and store fat when we are sedentary, we will in reverse burn fat when we become active.</description>
