im 15 now, n i do workout but i need answers… i run and etc in the gym to burn fat off my stomach so my abs r more visible, but den i take in cytogainer which helps me bulk up, but im wondering if its useless? cuz i just take in the calories that i hav burned while running..?

It is pointless to try to lose weight and bulk up at the same time. If you are overweight, spend most of your workout time on cardio. Then once you are at a normal weight you can increase your strength training. If you eat a balanced diet, do both cardio and strength training consistantly, there is no need to take any supplements. These are unregulated and the health consequences are unknown. There are no quick solutions. You have to exercise and eat right.

its very hard to lose fat and bulk up. you have to decide what your goal is. if your goal is to bulk up and gain muscle, lay off the cardio for a while. save those calories for muscle repair. if your trying to lose fat , then drop the weight gainer.

Stop with the weight gainers, who suggested that anyway? Weight gain is for people who are slowly starving to death because of sickness or crazies who want to be the strongest person in the world. You are too young to agressively weight train. For starters, it will stunt your growth. Beyond that, it’s hard on your body because your metabolism is already high. It’s like throwing gas on a fire that’s already out of control. Stick to the cardio – that’s good for you – and stop the chemical treatment.
