		<description>You don&#039;t spot burn fat, it takes a really long time to get very low body fat.  It will come off form where it will, hopefully evenly distributed.
Don&#039;t  get sore too often. If sore, take the next day off.  Run hard one day, easy the next. Up to an hour is good.</description>

		<description>I am totally not sure I think running does the best for the thighs.. but cardio does burn fat and tons of calories.
