Will Running Burn The Fat?
Okay…i just started running…and my thighs are really sore. im concerned that it might not burn the fat off my stomach or my arms or something. its mostly just working my thighs and legs…will it burn ALL the fat off my body? and what extra things can I do to burn the extra fat off my stomach…and how long should I run to burn the fat quicker but not ripping into the muscle?

I am totally not sure I think running does the best for the thighs.. but cardio does burn fat and tons of calories. I started working out lately and muscle soreness is normal.. your muscles aren’t used to running. and swimming helps burn a lot of fat too. good site also about burning fat healthy http://www.wikihow.com/Burn-Fat-and-Stay…

You don’t spot burn fat, it takes a really long time to get very low body fat. It will come off form where it will, hopefully evenly distributed.
Don’t get sore too often. If sore, take the next day off. Run hard one day, easy the next. Up to an hour is good.
