Why Am I Losing Body Fat Only From My Stomach?
Alright, I’ve been on a diet and been exercising for about 2 months now, and I’ve really lost a lot of weight, but the only place that I’ve managed to lose inches from is my stomach. How can I burn fat from other places, such as thighs and such?

You cant spot burn fat….. you have to do cardio and then fat will come off of every part of your body…. keep working on it, it will come off.

You never spot exercise. Fat from all areas will fall off with time. You just have the tummy fat easy to get rid of.
PS. I envy you for losing the tummy fat first. For me and most other people I know its the most stubborn. Keep up the good work.

everyone loses weight from different parts of their bodies at different rates. for thighs and the rest of your legs, try cycling.

it will eventually, but every-body is different, some people store a lot of fat on their legs and arms, some on their hips or bum or tummy… and wherever your body stores the most fat is where it will come off first… it will probably come off your boobs before it comes off your legs, so just keep at it and keep positive, atleast you are losing some weight hey! so your not going wrong!

First, tell me how you did that !! It is the hardest place to loose weight …sigh, I am resigned to having a tummy for everrrrr.
I suggest weight training for your legs and arms, if you haven’t already. Not heavy weights, just a few pounds, this will increase your muscles but not so much so that they bulge. Treadmill running is good too. There are personal trainers in any gym that can get you started, and a bunch of web sights for this sort of thing. Good luck and Good For You !!!
