What’s The Best Way To Burn Fat?
Okay. I used to be fine, but over the summer I went camping and had to alot of junk food on trail. This went on for a week, and now I’ve gained a bunch of fat around my stomach. I want to get rid of it but nothing I do seems to work. i excersize, go to the gym. avoid fatty foods, but yet it STAYS!! I NEED HELP!!! I want it off.

Start drinking lemon-water. The lemon juice in it helps to burn fat. Also it helps to suppress your appetite. Also drink some grapefruit or tomato juice 20-30 minutes before you eat a meal because the acids in these juices will help to make you feel fuller faster. Also put your utensils down after each bite when you eat because it helps you to feel fuller faster. Also do 25-75 crunches a day. Swim a lot because it helps to relieve your body from stress. Stay away from all soda(diet and regular). They can prevent you from losing weight and fat. It isn’t gonna be easy to get the fat off because fat is harder to burn than calories are. Also if you eat only when hungry it can make a difference. Eat lean meat only. Also eat a little more vegetables than normal because vegetables are healthier than meat. Also eat food that has some fat. Peanut butter has fat but it is natural fat. Remember that you need to eat fat to burn fat. Well, hope i helped. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Did you know that I used to have this same problem 2 years ago. A friend of mine (Thanks Tim) gave me this recipe . You can try this if you like and I could assure you good results!
In a 2 gallon jug mix the following ingredients :
1 pint olive oil
3 egg whites
1 litre of fresh blood from a newborn baby – I can give you
details on where to get this if you want.
1 litre of gasoline
Mix all of these in the jug and have your friend drink this in 3 equal parts in the same number of days. It is very important that you instruct him not to take a dump until he consumes the whole 2 gallons. When he starts to excrete manure after the 3rd day, quickly insert a tube in his rectum and slurp all the manure out of it. Dont swallow it immediately but let it cool a bit inside your mouth before you consume. Make sure you slurp everything. Do this once a month for 2 months and rest assured you will be as lean as me and my friend Tim.

I would suggest drinking water. I used to work with this guy who drank 4 liters of water a day and he dropped at least ten pounds from making this change. I drink about two liters a day. Its tough if your not used to it–give it a try!
