Dear-as U know walking is a normal movement which every one does involunterily as well as necessorily till one goes to rest,and this gives us all normal burning of extra fat &calories from food; sweting also will be moderate with usual breath forms,along with slow swing actions of arms and leg joints.This actions are quiet enough and a daily must for elderly men as well as batients who can do some regulted(as directed by therabists)body exercises to helb themselves to leave the hosbital earlier. Where as running is a fast forced movement to reach a goal quickly.Running is quiet good to burn the fat and control collestral;along with good in but of fresh air for breath.Regulation of bressure along with control blood sugar;good overall movement to all body limbs which reduces fat formation in & of joints. Artherities affected men find exercises gives them relief fron bains to a great extent. But most elderly beoble does running as sbaringly as bossible to them as age take over their stamina.Still I have seen a few ex-service men do gallobbing to get fit for their habby daily routine works.o

Well, your mom, running will help you burn fat faster. Walking may give you the same results only if you walk for about an hour for every 15 minutes of running that you do. Running burns fat faster because it is aerobic exercise and that is what helps you loose fat.

If you are young, then do running.
If you are old, then walking will be enough.
