What Is The Best Way To Burn Fat Off My Stomach And Butt?
I’m a college student, about 5’2″ and 160lbs. I’m not looking for a fast way to lose weight but would like to see good results in at least two months.
I walk to my classes every day by going up a steep hill or a bunch of stairs and I’ve started running, but what exercises work best for abs and butt?

try this
1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, vegies and fruits
2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks
3) drink plenty of water / green tea
4) Exercise – look at combining weights and cardio into your program.
If you don’t want to go to a gym try walking 30 minutes a day, jogging
or some of sprinting and jogging

For the stomach, I recommend 30 crunches in the morning and at night. Then, when your stomach gets stronger, increase gradually.
As for your gloots, go to your local gym(I go to the YMCA of my area) and get on an eliptical. If it has a switchable incline setting, simply increase the level. Then change the resistance to what you feel you can do. Do 30 minute sessions at least 3 times a week, but if your energetic, 5.
Remember, don’t push yourself too hard! Hope this helps.

You can’t spot reduce, but walking will cause you to lose weight and when you do, it will come off your butt and abs. To build up those muscles you can do mountain climbers.

Walking/running/other cardio stuff is the way to burn fat. To tone your abs and butt, there are various exercises. There is NO WAY to burn fat in one particular spot, though.
