I’m a 31 year old male about 2 and a half stones overweight. I tend to hold most of my body fat around my stomach area. I’m due to start a cardio vascular/weights training programme, and I want to know the best type of foods to eat to support my training? I’ve heard that eating too much wheat/high carb foods, for someone in my situation is not good. But I dont know what to eat in it’s place. I love food and need to eat something that will make me feel satisfied, and at the same time support me in burning fat fast, by training. Can anyone out there help?
