What Is A Good Workout To Burn Fat And Then Build Muscle?
I am 15 going on 16 and i am fatish. I have manboobs, alot of stomach fat and i want to get rid of it. also i want build muscle after i lose the fat and im wondering what good workouts would be for that?

You are still young but I believe old enough to lift weights. Free weights and circuit training are great to burn fat and build lean muscle mass.
As always, diet and exercise are the key.
As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.
Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. Try some of the powerlifts such as squats and deadlifts. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc…do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.
By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.
This is just a start. Keep working out and eating properly. You will burn fat and build muscles.

Cardio is best to burn fat (running, aerobics, etc..) Running will also build leg muscle. Doing crunches/sit ups will help with your stomach muscles. And then lifting waits should give you some more arm muscles. I would recommend getting a member ship to your local gym because they will have all the equipment you need to get a good cardio and muscular work out in one place. Hope this helps!

if you dont feel comfortable running outside, then run inside
lift weights, but not heavy ones since your growing.
do pushups, crunches, leg lifts, and jumping jacks,
little by little, and you will get the body you want
also, you should drink lots of water, and eat healthy
dont deprive yourself from the foods you love because youll just want more
also have a positive attitude,
you will lose alot more weight this way!

you dont need to loose weight u can burn fat in to mucle, u cant get much muscle if ur skinny.
