running! it works your abs and you lose a lot of calories!

Stomach crunches NOT sit ups those are good for spine flex ability if you are already thin but if your big do crunches it wont change side much but A lot of muscle will form behind the fat and then you can do torso twisting sit ups which do take away fat but diet and walk/running is really the only way to get rid of a gut until your stomach muscles are strong enough to do the twisting sit ups.

You cannot target any certain area of fat to “burn.” Which ever exercise burns the most calories will eliminate fat from every area of your body the most. So, get your heart rate up and see what makes your heart rate rise and your body sweat the most. Running is a good, low-equipment workout. If you’re new to is, try the Couch to 5k program http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/… which will get you running 3 miles in about 2 months. Hit the elliptical, crank up the resistance, and rock to the beat of your favorite tunes for 45-60 minutes. Keep up with the beat (unless you’re a fan of Willy Nelson or classical fan, then switch out for some Chrstina Aguilara “Fighter” and ’80s rock). Also, try a kick boxing-type class (I burn 520-630 calories an hour in them!).
