What Excercises Are Good For Burning Fat In The Stomach And Chest Area?
Diet and cardio exercise will help you lose fat.
The bad news is that you can’t “spot-burn” fat. That means you don’t get to pick where the fat goes away first.Your body will decide that.
Bench presses and ab crunches are great for building those muscles, but they WON’T focus your fat-burning efforts where you want them.
Incorporate some cardio into your workout, and watch your fat and sugar intake. It’ll take a few months, but you WILL see results if you keep at it.

Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce bodyfat. Bodyfat is gained and lost uniformely throughout the body through good diet and exercise.
What you can do is work out a specific bodypart to develop the muscle. However, you won’t see the muscle unless you lose the bodyfat. Though it’s always good to work out our “trouble spots” to try and strengthen and develop the muscle, all bodyparts should be worked out and developed to really see results. You won’t see much in bodyfat reduction simply by doing one or two types of exercises.
A combination of strength training and some cardio is the best for fat loss and muscle gain. Also, exercise means little if you do not have a good diet.

You can not isolate the area of your body you wish to loose fat on. You can loose body fat overall by reducing calorie intake and increasing cardiovascular exercise.
If you do crunches ect. you build the abdominal muscles and once the fat is burned off, via the method named above,
you will have awseme abs.

I think mostly running… But if you are overweight or havent run in a long time… Start by walking for about a week.. And slowly lengthen the walking distance… Then turn it into a run… Hope that helps….

Pushups and situps are good for building muscle. Cardio is good for burning fat, but just having muscle burns more calories than not having it.
Pushups: 10 wide arm, 10 regular, 10 close hand
Situps: Rocky situps (twist on your way up, 1 on each side, use a weight if you can), Crunches: on your back with your feet up and knees bent put your hands up straight in front of you and just lift your shoulderblades off the floor, the leg lifts and once you get your legs at a 90 deg angle to the floor, rais your butt off the floor. Do 10 – 15 each of these depending on how difficult it is.
Keep doing these back and forth chest, abs, chest, abs, chest and abs. Eventually decrease rest time, or increase number of pushups/situps.
If you want muscle in your chest (which will make the fat less noticeable) faster, lift weights. There are all kinds of excersises, google it or something.

you can’t target one or two specific areas…. you have to work at getting rid of fat all over your body. Since every body is diiferent, some will lose it in their belly or chest area first, but some others may lose it in their face and legs first…. so, the best bet would be to run or some other type of cardio and maybe some light resistance training so that it will build your muscle and muscle burns more fat. Good Luck!

We cannot spot reduce and here is why:http://spartafit.com/articles/spot%20red…
Therefore, you need to lose fat from the whole body. People with lean abs also have lean arms, legs, backs, and chests.
Here is how to do it:
Eat 6 small but balanced meals per day. Your carbs should be high in fiber and your proteins should be lean. Fats should be sparing but concentrated in the omega 3′s and omega 6′s. This will provide a slow but constant stream of vital nutrients. Avoid greasy foods, alcohol, and candy.
Lift weights or perform power yoga because either of these will slightly increase your lean mass, which will burn extra calories 24 hours per day. This will increase your resting metabolic rate. Also, some cardio helps.
Here is a sample workout and a sample meal plan:http://spartafit.com/exercise/exercise%2…http://spartafit.com/nutrition/sample%20…
