What Excercise Is The Best For Burning Fat In The Stomach?
I have been going to the gym 3 times a week and I see result everywhere else except for my abs. What excercises should I try to slim by waist down?

WELL TRY RIDING A BIKE AND RUNNING ALL DAY LONG IT HELPS BURN FAT. IF NOT TRY SWIMMING IT BURNS FAT TOO.

I would say sit-ups, but everyone’s doing crunches now ’cause crunches won’t kill you. Just put a pillow under your head and go for it, make sure you don’t use your neck to raise you up. With a crunch, you don’t have to come up as far anyway. And besides, not only will you hurt your neck, you’ll take away from exercizing your tummy if you use your neck to come up, so don’t forget that. Ask a trainer to show you the proper way.
I know after I tried it, my stomach was shole sore but like, at the end of the week when I had done it in 3 different days, I could see that little muscle comin through on the side so yeah, it pays off.
