well u wont to eat green food because greens take calories to digest food so they take away calories because they don’t have a lot of calories in them.you also wont protein to help boost your metabolisms up so it can burn calories.
for exercise u might wont to go on 30 min walks [power walks] or go on 30 min jogs. to burn calories.u also wont to do crunches so u can get rid of stomach fat and get abs. only thing u do is get on the ground on your back. put your feet on the ground so your knees are curved. put your hand behind your head, and pull up half way up. also u can check out the Internet library on some information and exercises
