I’m a 15 year old guy, with decent muscles, but I’ve got a layer of fat covering them. I work out between 3 and 6 times a week, and I need some tips.
1. 20-30 reps with average weight, or 12-15 reps with high weight?
2. What are some home exercises I can do to help burn fat?
The three main sections I need to work on for fat-burning are my stomach, pectorals, and my… Er, “Gluteals”. :P Any advice? My main goal is to look okay by the time summer rolls around. Not ripped with muscle, I just want to look better.
