Before you go calling me fat, I am not, I just have a little stomach fat that i want to burn off before i go on vacation. Now, people usually say that sit-ups burn fat. But i have also heard that it just builds muscle and makes it harder to burn off fat. Do sit-ups help or not?
What are some other excercizes that burn off stomach fat quickest, that I can do every night? I am not looking for answers that have anything to do with buying equiptment/going to the gym.
