Stomach Fat…need Help!!!!!! Please!?
I’ve been trying to lose stomach fat for at least 3 years now…I’m 14 years, 4 ft 11″, 100 pounds and so forth…I have a lot of body fat and I’d like to get rid of them… starting with stomach fat first, I’ve read a lot about weight loss and other things for the past 3 years, done TONS of research, but I can’t seem to lose my body fat…
Can anyone share some good tips or exercises to burn belly fat fast?
.::TIPS ON WHAT I DO REGULARLY::.
(I walk on the treadmill for 2 hrs at 6.5 miles/hr everyday…burn about 800 cals…do 110 crunches every day, 30 leg raise every day, 30 squats, 30 lunges and so forth for the last I don’t know how many weeks, it’s been forever…Eat pretty healthy, apples, carrots, broccoli, egg, rice(not healthy), I think I put to much oil in my foods…maybe…eat about 1000-1300 calories a day…BMR rate 1289.8)
PLEASE HELP ME!!! I don’t know what to do with my life…

You’re only 14, calm down. O.o Maybe you’re working out too much. I was very active when I was young, but I didn’t lose all my baby fat till later in high school.
You need to relax though. Spend time being a kid, not worrying about your weight.
