		<description>I know a lot of people recommend &quot;30 minutes on the treadmill everyday.&quot;  But I would say try some sprints (400m or less).  Start off easy with only a couple with a 2 minute break in between.  Work your way up over the next few weeks.  They will kick your *** and you&#039;ll have a flat stomach along with all around fat loss and tightening.  Enjoy.</description>
