Should I Jog In The Morning On An Empty Or Full Stomach?
so ive been jogging every morning after my regular breakfast of 3 egg whites, blackberries, and cereal. i want to drop some lbs fast and ive heard that jogging on an empty stomach burns fat and calories faster that way, but your also burning muscle. so since i want to lose weight should i just jog on an empty stomach ?

I also like to jog about 8 miles a few times a week in the morning. Dont go on a completely empty stomach, halfway through your body will weaken, then what? Don’t go after eating a meal or you will sevearly cramp up. I usually eat a banana before i go jogging, it holds me up just enough till i get home.

no i would eat a little a snack before the jog you do not want to pass out or mess up your metabolism

keep up what your doing and eat 6 meals a day 2 of which are just a healthy snack. try eating cereal for lunch
