I had a hip arthroscopy about a year ago and got a nice layer of fat over my once pretty-good-looking abs while in recovery mode (hardly any cardio exercise). The surgery didn’t work as I wanted it to and I cannot run as I wish I could. What is the best way for me to burn off the excess stomach fat without running or doing impact activities?
p.s. im 19 years old, 6’0″ 190 lbs
