Okay what is the best way to get rid of fat. Im 15 years old weigh 150 and 5’8. I cant go out to gyms or go buy “nutrient meals”. I just want to lose stomach fat. I dont care about getting muscles. But if its both weight loss and muscle gain then thats okay. But i’ve been doing ab crunches so far and I do it until I cant do anymore. I only drink water and I eat healthy. I need a good way to take off that fa that doesnt need me going out to gyms or anything. At home if possible.
