Is It Possible To Loose All The Body Fat On Your Body When Working Out?
I want to loose the fat on my body including my stomach fat, leg fat, arm fat etc. Is it possible to burn that fat and turn it into muscle? Please answer.

No, nor do you want to. Body fat is essential to human function and serves numerous purposes including cushioning to vital organs (heart, kidneys, etc.). As someone stated, the only time to have a 0% body fat is to be dead and a skeleton. If your looking to lose body fat, be smart about it and do a search and some serious research. Very low fat diets are not good for you either and are actually counteractive to the weight loss/ fat loss process.

You cant Make more muscle than what you have, the individual muscles will become larger and more defined as you work out, to burn fat yu need to look at your diet 80% of loosing weight is about your diet, eating right and correct.
Next you have to be at a deficit for calories each day, simple math if you need 1800 a day and you only eat 1300, your at a -500 deficit…
That will be the fastest way for you to drop weight, you also have to know that it is not a short term thing, its a life choice… and that it will take time.

No you cat lose ALL the body fat on your body! very impossible unless your dead! Fat is not turned into muscle, fat is burnt and muscle is built, 2 co mpletely different processes.
