Is Cardio The Best Workout To Burn Fat Off Of Your Stomach?
There is no way to “target” an area to burn body fat. That being said cardio is the best way to burn body fat period. Interval cardio training is a great way to burn fat. Interval training would be like this: 2 minutes at a higher intensity then 1 minute at a lower intensity. Intensity could be a higher speed, higher incline, more resistance. You could also add cardio into your workout by lifting 4-5 sets then do your cardio for 5-10 ten minutes then repeat. Of course core (abs, oblique, lower back) also needs to be done during your workout.

Yes, combined with ab strengthening exercises like crunches, for example. If you want the flat, muscular stomach, you should work the muscle that wraps around the stomach like a girdle( transverse abdominus). Check for exercises that work this muscle.

Yes and no. Cardio will burn fat where the most fat is stored. For most people, this is the stomach area. Therefore, utilizing cardio workouts for at least 20 minutes each day will really begin to burn the fat but you can do more. Exercise as simple as sit-ups or crunches will also help to not only burn fat but tone the stomach. By combining these activities (20 minutes of cardio in the morning and then 20 minutes of sit-ups or crunches in the evenings) will really yield great results.

cardiovascular exercise helps you lose weight all over. that’s why I’ve been doing it lately =] it increases the heart rate and speeds the metabolism, helping to burn calories.

it sure does help but even just meowing the lawn will help all you have to do is keep on moving you know so you can run
