Hi. My lower stomach has loose fat on it but my upper stomach is fine.
I do a lot of crunches and run daily but i can never lose any weight from my lower stomach. My upper stomach loses weight and sometimes even looks muscular but my lower areas still look gross.
What exercises should i do to burn off my lower belly fat?
I go to lifetime fitness as well so if u know of any good machines there let me know. Also if there is certain types of food i should eat to keep my lower tummy from getting bigger, that would help too. :]
