I found this great website for losing weight a while back and bookmarked it. They offer free trials of Rachel Ray products that make you lose weight fast like she did. Me and a friend are now trying it out now. http://myrachaelraydietblog.com/?t202id=…

Increase your protein and good carb intake. Stay away from trans-fats. Creatine and other amino acid complexes will help with gaining muscle. Amino acids help repair and ease the strain from working muscles on a regular basis. Just don’t overdue the product.
Cardio while working your muscle groups gets the best results with the shortest time. You work both. Pilate’s is excellent for this. It seems girly but it is really hard. You will feel results. Jumping rope, kick boxing, and Zumba work as well. You get the core strength and definition while working out and getting your heart rate up to burn fat and calories. Drink lots of water. I would drop the calorie intake to about 2000. As long as you are working out your muscles you will not lose muscle, you will lose fat.
Good luck and listen to your body. Sore or overly tired, take a day off. Get plenty of rest and a good multivitamin will help.

if your gunna eat that much you need to make sure its appropriate for your height and weight. and working out-any form of excersice -walking,jogging,weights etc.-always losses weight and replaces fat with muscle long as you stick to it-results aren’t instant.

Eat 60% protein. Lean. Don’t eat fat or carbs.
Yes, do core exercises, but cut down on the cardio. Instead amp up your strength training.
You’ll gain weight and muscle but lose fat. The more muscle you have the more fat you burn just sitting.
