I Want To Start A Work Out Program. What Would You Recommend Me To Take In Order To Lose Some Fat Get Toned?
Are there any GNC and/or vitamin world products recommended in order to help you burn fat and grow muscle?. Please help me. I only need to burn a little fat from my stomach by the way, thats the only part of my body where fat accumulates the most. I am 5’10 and I weight about 185 pounds as you can see I am not fat at all.

Save money… instead of supplements, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and go way low on the sugar. Whole grain breads, and limit the oils and fats. Lift weights to grow muscle, or use your own body weight and do the regular exercises (sit ups, push ups, squats, lunges) just with a lot of reps. Take a multi-vitamin, vitamin c and maybe b complex. Work out hard and eat a clean diet for 3 months and you will have washboard abs.

Some people say Nitric Oxide, Carnitine or Whey help. I personally say: If you eat low cal, high fiber and don’t eat trans fat food or refined sugar really, then you’re doing okay.

well, youre not solid muscle so you 185 would be on the heavy side. eat healthy, lift hard and do cardio. you could take a multi vitamin and protein and amino acids. dont go for all the otc crap, its mostly just hype. if you have willpower you can do it on your own
