I Need Your Help Please No Joke…i Want To Reduce My Stomach Or To Burn Fats In My Body?
I was athletic boy just 21years i plays football…..i was slim and very fast in running….i had injury which is ligament broken. i didnt played soccer for long time now my stomach is getting bigger and my weight is just 60kg i dont want to lose weight because i was 55kg before now 60kg. my height is 163cm. so please give me the best advice to slim my stomach by exercise and best diet. thnks

try to do sit-up. and for diet i suggest you to eat vegetable and not cooking with oil, use coconut milk as the substitute. take vitamin c and b+ also lot of fruits for your snack. enjoy

Cut down on calorie/fat rich foods. That’s a good start. And do lots of cardio. My friend was about 240 lbs and was a blimp until he started running for about 30 mins a day almost nonstop. In about a month he started slimming down so dramatically it was scary. You might also want to do lots of situps/ab exercises in order to slim down that stomach and even gain a little ab definition there.
If your injury prevents you from running focus more on dieting but really, its the cardio taht will get you results. Try shadowboxing or work on a punching bag for 15-30 mins a day and if that doesn’t get your heart rate going, nothing will.
The key here though, is dedication. It isn’t easy to dedicate yourself to running for 30 mins a day and to hold yourself back from foods you normally love. You need to really motivate youself, which again, isn’t easy.
Just stick to it and you’ll see results. If not, keep going anyway-really push yourself to succeed. In the end, you’ll feel better about yourself and your body, guaranteed.
