I’m 15 years old, 5″2, and about 117 lbs
I need to burn off some chubbiness from my lower abs, thighs, and back fat
also i am trying to build up on my lower abs but all the exersizes i do only make my upper abs burn :\
What are some good exercises that can help me lose weight in these areas?
