I Need To Burn My Stomach Fat, How Do I Do It?
i want to see if i can get a six pack in about 3 months it doesn’t have to be a really nice six pack but at least were it is visible.

of course exercise!… your muscles response to exercise is to get broader and bigger
in terms of the fat.. you should eat less carb but dont try not to eat them because its essential for your brain.
eat small amounts of fat so you’ll get full faster.. then eat protein rich foods the ones that move of course cause vegetables and grains are simply carbs.
have a water therapy, that means two to three liters of water a day, so when you exercise waste will come out with your perspiration…
if you want medical solutions you should try ORLISTAT.. xenical taken twice a day ,this is of course taken with only small amounts of food…
