I Need A Stomach Fat Burning Diet?
I’m fourteen years old, I weigh around 117lbs, and I think I’m very close to 5″3.
I am not FAT, but I have some excess belly fat that I need to get rid of
I do crunches, cardio excersizes, all that crap, but in order to see the muscles I’m bulding, obviously I need to stop the fat build up on my stomach by eating healthier.
Does anybody know of a diet that will QUICKLY get me to lose a little bit of weight around my stomach?
Just a quick list of foods I should eat, when, and how much,
and what I should stay away from.
Thank you so much all that answer.

You can’t choose where you burn fat from – it burns from your whole body and your genes may dictate it comes off other areas first. Considering that you are a very healthy weight for your height, it may just by that you are genetically destined to carry a little fat on your stomach. Look at other women in your family – are they the same?
Anyway, you can do your best by keeping up the cardio and watching your calorie intake. I wouldn’t know what a healthy intake for a 14yr old is, but I can recommend a great website that’ll calculate it for you and help you track your food – http://www.sparkteens.com. I’ve lost 18lbs so far with the adult version of the site – it’s really awesome and there’s so much expert advice and information there, as well as loads of people in the same boat as you!
Hope that helps. Good luck!

There is no such thing as target reducing weight loss for a certain body part. The stomach and thighs are usually the last spots for weight loss to occur since that’s just the way it is. If you want to get rid of it, lower your calorie intake below 300-500 calorie maintenance. Exercising will help in case those days you indulge
Try eating less carbs and avoid eating out as much as possible

You cannot burn JUST belly fat. There is no way it can be done. You could have liposuction. But, that won’t really help you out at all.
Crunches just build the muscle underneath your layer of fat. This will not burn it away. The best way is to do cardio and run.
Cut out soda. You will see some results, but you won’t get six pack abs by just cutting out soda.
Remember, you are a growing person, you need the fat stores as energy for when you hit growth spurts. You didn’t say if you were a boy or girl, and that makes a BIG difference in how your body carries your weight too.

You can’t target the fat around your stomach. It’s genetic where you will store fat and loose it. Usually the place on your body that you store the most fat is the last place you’ll loose it.
Crunches won’t burn the fat around your stomach. They do however build muscle, which raises your metabolism, which makes you burn fat, just all over your body, not just on your stomach. They aren’t very effective at this, because they are relatively small muscles and make a fairly small difference. If you want to loose more weight (or at least fat) you need to strengthen ALL the muscles, especially the big ones, like the legs and chest, to get a maximum effect.
Try to eat more protein to make sure your muscles have all they need to grow big and strong (well not too big, you’d need ‘roids for that, really they’ll just look lean).
For protein, eat lots of beans (they won’t make you fart too much if your body is used to them) and lean meats and nuts. Make sure you have some fat in your diet as well, the healthy kind, from olive oil and fish and stuff like that (not the fat on bacon). Eat lots of fruits and veggies (whatever kind you like, it doesn’t matter too much as long as you eat a variety) to make you full with less calories because of all the fiber.
Make sure when you do the cardio that you stay moving for over 20 minutes, because anything less than that and you aren’t really burning fat. Walking at a good clip for 2 hours is better than running for 15 minutes as far as fat burning goes. Also, if you walk for a long time (which is fairly easy) the calories burned will really add up to huge amounts.
For foods to stay away from, I’d stop drinking soda completely (after a couple of weeks you probably won’t even WANT to drink it anymore) and only eat ice cream, cake, pie sparingly. Bacon and other really fatty foods are high in calories and bad for your cholesteral so stay away from them.
I hope this helps

i’m 26 & a proffessional dancer…at your age you shuldnt diet because when u really wanna lose weight in later life like weddings, after a baby, jus old age stuff! ….u wont b able to. best thing u can do is eat healthy & cut out junk the whole time.
best switch to whole grain bread so not white foods(rice, potatoes..starchy stuff makes u bloated)
maybe switch to soya milk…less dairy so less mucas in your gut.
lean meat…chicken, turkey, fish.
the less carbs you eat…the less ur belly will stick out….
thats bread, potatoes, rice, crisps, chips, beans, corn, rye..
more veg & fish on top of what you eat will help..
make sure you eat small bit of carbs with your breakfast & lunch then try cutting them out after 6pm.
you’ll feel better.
instead of sugar have honey.
no fizzy drinks or sweets…dark chocolate is best too.
but really dont go overborad…if you dont treat urself ur body wont recognise it later & will hang on to it longer when you do have it.
by the way the plank…where you lie on your front then prop urself up on your elbows and hold it…is the quickest way of gettin a toned string tummy.
hope i helpd
