Green tea speeds up your metabolism.
Celery burns calories.
Fiber calories aren’t stored as fat.
drinking 8 glasses of water a day burns about 300 calories.
Healthy diet and exercise is essential, no way your gonna loose weight without that.
Try eating less carbs (white bread, pasta etc.) and more protein(beans, nuts, cheese etc.) and loads of fruit and veg.
Don’t cut out carbs altogether though because you need them for energy.

I recently discovered this new thing on an infomercial….I know it sounds sketchy, but I’d still like to try it someday, even though it’s pretty expensive. it’s call the flex belt, and there’s another one of the same things called a contour i think. They are these weird sort of belt like devices you put on your abs and it flexes the muscles in your belly for you.
I am naturally pretty thin, and I eat a lot, but whenever I’m feeling fat I use tricks like eating lots of fruits and vegetables instead of candy/fatty foods, or cutting my food up into tiny pieces before eating it, or eating very slowly, ORRR every time I feel the slightest bit full, I wait 5 minutes and most likely I will be finished. The quickest way to burn fat is jump roping, then cardio, then running, after its biking.
I like jump roping and biking best, personally.. because i find it easy to do for me personally.

Step One: We all love to snack! But this is a step ahead. Your parents feed you 3 times a day. So heres an idea; try going for as many days as you can with out eating ANYTHING else but what ur parents feed you! its a great way to cut down on food and a starter to loosing the weight u would be eating if you were eating snacks everyday. Also TRY to go for a couple of days without desert.
Step Two: Lets start lower body. Try doing some scrunches in your room a little bit before you go to bed (it sounds lame but this is how i got my tighs skinny).
Step Three: Now you should try doing some sit-ups. It will help get rid of ALL your body fat on ur tummy. again. it sounds dumb but if you just do some of these before bedtime or when you get the chance you will look beauuuuttiifuull. Its all about pushing yourself to the limit, the more you do these exsercizes the more you can go for a longer amount of time..TRUST ME!! Take a run once in a while, but if you dont want to do that you can run in place.
Step Four: Now since your looking better try snacking, snack on **healthy things such as fruits. Also you can do jumping jacks while listening to music because it helps out all of your body and will make u look gggreeattt!
Step Five: Repeat these things for as long as maybe untill school starts; if u keep active all the time and eat healthy you will have a beautiful hot skinny body, [and loose a nice amount of weight!!] right before school starts!
Tips: Think smart, take the stairs instead of elevators, walk to a friends house instead of drive. Idk be creative!! Try not to cheat!!! drink lots of water too!!! it helps!!

If you really wanna lose it fast try H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)
Its where you would run for 5minutes, jog 1min, Sprint 2minutes. Repeat over and over for about 30-45 minutes. Also your diet, eat salads, greens, and chicken instead of beef,ground, or whatever else. Small portions too

Long and frequent periods of cardio (running and swimming are best in my opinion). Like 1-2 hours of cardio, 3-4 times a week. Adjust diet to eliminate added sugar and high fat.

2 Miles a day 5-7 times a week.
I run 2 miles four days a week and mody body fat percentage is 9%.
