I’m a teen and I weigh 110ish and i’m 5″3′ and i know that isn’t too much but I want to burn fat from my stomach..ick.
anyways, besides 2 hour cheer practices two times a week, I wanna take advantage of my YMCA card and do some cardio (tredmill, stationary bike, etc.) for maybe an hour a day..? (maybe not on those days that I have cheer, it can get pretty tiring..).
And it would most likely be in the morning so I still have the day to do whatever I feel like.
I’m not sure if that’s too much/too little/just right, though..?
And would I maybe see some sort of result from this in a little under a month?
I’m not expecting a huge change or anything like that.
