The best thing about being a beginner, is that as long as you are doing something, you will see results! If you have never exercised before you may find cardio training to be a challenge. For the first couple of weeks, stick to an intensity where you can still just manage to talk without losing your breath. Try to maintain this intensity for 10-20 minutes. It takes approximately 20 minutes for cardiovascular activity to begin improving the condition of your heart and to start burning fat. Oppose to glucose/carbohydrates stored from your last meal. Once you can get to 20 minutes with ease, aim for 30.

Well, the best way to keep everything toned is to do cardio everyday a week, 2 times a day, mornings and night, afternoons and night which ever is best to fit your schedule. The best thing to do is run, and do crunches..that gets rid of the extra weight thats unnecessary. Running helps build muscle along your whole body especially your legs. I suggest you purchase some leg weights and wear them every time you run, that’ll help you build a lot of muscle. Also purchase some weights if you don’t have any, they help tone your arms. Keep in mind working out over your limit will not help you it’ll just create muscle pain. Also, the food you eat also affects your body. Make sure you eat healthy or keep everything to an even limit. I’m more then positive if you keep this routine coming you will eventually obtain the body you want.

Run intervals.
15 minutes a day with a daily workout routine you’ll get nice results. I’ve been running intervals and working out for a long time. It’s fast and they don’t get boring.
