How Do I Trim Fat Around Stomach And Thighs?
i’m around 5’5 and i weigh around 115
i don’t really want to lose weight, but i want to tone my stomach and thighs because i feel really fatty around those areas.
what exercises should i do to burn the fat around that area?
and what exactly are cardio exercises?

Activities that use the large leg muscles burn the most calories. These activities also tone the lower body quite effectively. Think in terms of:
Power walking, jogging, biking, skating, swimming laps, jumping rope, dancing, and jumping jacks.

Try running. It worked for me. Just don’t push yourself too much. It will take you a while to get into shape after you start running. Just run until you feel tired and then walk for a bit to rest.

Just start going on walks everyday. Increase the amount you walk every few days. You should see a difference within the first week!
