How Do I Burn That ‘tummy Fat”?
Okay. I know that i have to do arobic excercise to b urn fat. But i need help with what ones that are the most effective. I am a tall teen, and I have strong abs, just a wall, almost, of fat over my stomach, about an inch thick. I can do any excerseize, including running. I maintain a healthy diet. I have access to whatever I’ll need. What could help me get that six-pack?

There is nothing you can do other than cardio. Everyone already has a 6 pack, it’s the toning part that they don’t have, and that’s your problem as well. just keep on doing the aerobics and run/jog every day.
