How Can I Burn The Fat From My Stomach, Without Making My Breasts Smaller?
Ok, I am 14 going on 15 and I hate my breasts. I wear A cups but I don’t fill the cups. it would be okay if my stomach wouldn’t be so fat!
I exercise four times a week. I eat kinda healthy, but I don’t eat much over the day, I eat at night and after dinner.
my stomach is larger that my breasts but always when I am exercising I start thinking about my breasts and that they will become smaller if I exercise.
is that true?
and is there a way I can loose fat without making my breasts smaller?

there is no way to lose weight in certain areas. Typically the rule of thumb is , the first place you gain the weight is the last place you lose it. You will usually lose weight all over and yes, most of the time that includes the breasts.
You should still be growing in that area anyways, so maybe you will have a growth spurt over the summer.

Whenever you lose weight you are at risk for reducing cup size, but the best way to flatten your stomach more while losing less total body fat is to do crunches and sit-ups.

Fat is fat so breasts are not exempt from shrinking due to fat loss on a diet and exercise plan but even if they shrink they may look just as big because your stomach will be flatter.
