i want to burn some fat off my thighs and my stomach. but how can i do that??? i don’t want to use any hard stratagies. ( i’m not going to tell u my age, but i am a kid… older than 10. ) i want thighs and a stomach that i don’t have to suck in. any good ideas??? i want something i can work with.
