You cant be spot specific – as in it is difficult to burn fat from just one part of your body. The trick is to do a balance of fat burning and cardio work to burn fat that lies on top of your muscles and then you will start to tone up. Try swimming and cycling combined with sit ups and leg raises and you will find yourself losing weight all over – then you will find it easier to tone up.

Well since there not such thing as spot reduction theres no one exercise that will burn off a certain area. But what you can to is cardio mixed with strength training. Thats the best way to burn fat from everywhere including your mid section. I would do 30-40 mins of cardio 3 to 6 days a week and weight training (including Ab exercises) 3 times a week. You burn more calories whne you have more muscle. Also watch you calorie consumption and portion control.

Do kapalabhati, it is one type of pranayama(yoga). There is no side effect.But u can loose ur weight effectively. If u are not an indian ask, ask any Indian who knows yoga.

Eat less and/or jog (or other form of cardio). Either will decrease your waist size. Both will really make you healthy.
