How Can I Burn Fat, Without Getting Muscle?
Okay so i easily get a lottt of muscle in my legs, & i just wanna burn the fat, but get thinnnerrr legs/thighs without getting SO MUCH muscle, & how can i burn the fat off of my lower stomach, b/c the top part of my abs are hard & in-shape except i have extra flab at the bottom, how cani get rid of it BESIDES any surgerys or anything, i wanna do this the healthy way, especially without it costing anything

You can do endurance type training. Walk for prolonged periods at a brisk pace instead of running, etc.

Cardiovascular excercises such as running , jogging, swimming , bicycling..etc… For lower stomach fat you really need to lose fat there from diet Healthy and fat burning foods and would’NT hurt to do some situps.
I find the best way to do situps is to lay on my back with feet supported and hold a 5 pound weight on my chest holding my head a little above my chest and raise my body only half way and back towards the ground still keeping my head above my chest.

For me, swimming helps tone rather than build muscle, so you might try that. Also… walking doesn’t build as much as running… um… yoga maybe?
